TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. All indicated prices on the website are subject to change without notice. The prices on the website and at the boutiques might be different depending on the current promotions of each point of sale.
  2. The payments will be charged in Thai Baht (THB) via credit/debit cards or other payment methods we accept. You need to ensure and guarantee that you are the holder of the credit/debit card and are legally entitled to use other payment methods. The final price charged in your currency will be converted by the bank issuing the card. 
  3. The final price of the product includes delivery and warranty. Still, it is excluded from tax and other costs that might happen in your country.

  4. We will deliver your purchase as soon as possible, but we cannot provide a guaranteed delivery date and time due to external factors upon the delivery. We can only provide the estimated delivery time and are not responsible for any delays concerning the delivery (with or without notice).

PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING
  1. The product production will take around 15-30 days from the date the company received payment.
  2. The company will arrange free insured shipping (within Thailand) coverage includes product damage or loss during shipping through Kerry. The product will arrive in about 5-7 days.
EXCHANGE/RETURN AND REFUND POLICY (Within Thailand)
  1. The company has a 7-day satisfaction guarantee after date of receipt for products purchased by online customers. The company will refund the full price of the product as credit to be used in the next purchase only. If the 7-day window has passed, the company reserves the right to refuse to provide the refund.
  2. For refunds as credit, customers must return the product to the company. The product must be in perfect condition, not broken, and undamaged from use. The complete insurance documentation must also be returned together. The product must be returned in its original packaging in the same condition in which it was shipped to the customer.
  3. The company will notify the results of the credit refund request within 30 days from the date the company received the returned product. The credit will be usable immediately after the notification.
REMARKS
  1. Products bought with credits will not be eligible for exchange or credit refund again.
  2. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash in all cases and will expire within 3 years.
  3. The company reserves the right to inspect the quality of the product that the customer returned before approving the credit refund to the customer.
  4. The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions for its services at all times under the discretion of the company without advance notice.
