REFUND POLICY FOR ANOTHER WAY WE SPEAK (WITHIN THAILAND)

1. Satisfaction Guarantee:
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for our online customers, starting from the date of product receipt. If you’re not satisfied, we’re happy to provide a full refund in the form of store credit for future purchases. Please note that refunds cannot be processed after this 7-day period.

2. Return Eligibility and Process: To be eligible for a refund as store credit:

  • The product must be returned to us in perfect, unused condition.
  • All warranty documents must be included and intact.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, in the same condition as when we delivered it to you.

3. Refund Process:

  • We will review your refund request and notify you of the result within 30 days of receiving the returned product.
  • If approved, the store credit will be available for immediate use after we notify you of the result.

4. Important Notes:

  • Refunds are provided as store credit only, not as cash or back to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • This policy applies to purchases within Thailand only.
